In anticipation of the 2023–24 college football season, Fox Sports partnered with Glacier Marketing Group to reimagine its pregame show, Big Noon Kickoff, as more than just a sportscast. The vision: to make it the epicenter of gameday — the kind of event where students line up early, pack in shoulder-to-shoulder, and cement Fox as the undisputed home of their college football experience.
Before the season kicked off, our team built a student ambassador network of 3,000+ across 60 universities, recruiting standout athletes and influencers to rally their peers. By the time Big Noon rolled into town, anticipation was already buzzing and the crowds were waiting.
On site, we delivered the full-throttle tailgate experience. Across 36 activations, students could expect DJs, exclusive merch drops, and influencer meet-ups that rivaled the greatest college parties. Each stop transformed Big Noon Kickoff into the place to make unforgettable memories, blending the chaos and camaraderie of gameday with the cultural cachet of a live broadcast.
The results spoke for themselves: our efforts generated 22 million social impressions, boosted student affinity for Fox, and helped establish Big Noon Kickoff as a new tradition in college football culture.
